About Parcel-Viewer.us
A practical tool for property information access
In my day job, I often need to look up property ownership and boundaries. This can be somewhat of a process. First, I need to figure out what county the address or coordinates are in, then I need to search the internet for that county's parcel viewer, and finally, I may need to click through several pages of the county website to actually reach the right tool for looking up the parcel. It's not rocket science, but it can be cumbersome, and I've always been surprised that there wasn't a one-stop shop somewhere to access this information. Well, I aim to fix that problem once and for all with parcel-viewer.us, where you'll have access to tools that will enable you to quickly and easily get to the correct parcel viewer. I truly hope you find this site to be a valuable resource.

1 What We Do
Parcel-viewer.us aggregates direct links to official parcel mapping tools for every U.S. county and municipality into a single, searchable platform. No gatekeeping, no paywalls—just streamlined access to public records that already exist.
2 The Problem
Finding parcel viewers shouldn’t require detective work. While most local governments provide free online access to property records, parcel maps, and tax information, finding these resources can be challenging because they're scattered across thousands of different government websites.
3 Our Approach
We've created a centralized directory that makes it easy to find your local government's parcel viewer. We cut through the noise by:
- Curating direct links to official parcel viewers (no third-party resellers)
- Manually vetting each and every parcel viewer link
- Providing user-friendly tools for searching by address or coordinates and interactive mapping
4 Data Integrity
All property records, maps, and tax details are sourced from county assessor offices, municipal GIS systems, and other government platforms. We act as a shortcut—not a database. What you see is what public officials publish.
5 Maintenance
This site is a solo project. I personally verify links, resolve errors, and expand coverage as I balance this with my full-time work. You can help, though (see below)!
